Simple, supportive, and flexible

Whether your child is six months or four years old, we’re ready to welcome them.

We offer flexible enrolment options for full or part-days, to suit your family’s needs. Starting preschool is a big step, and we’re here to make it as smooth as possible. Our gentle orientation process is designed to help your child feel safe, settled, and confident from day one.

We understand that every family’s needs are different, so we offer a range of fee options for both full-time and part-time care.

Our team is here to walk you through everything. From how 20 Hours ECE works, to checking if you’re eligible for a WINZ childcare subsidy, and helping you create a schedule that fits your routine and budget.

Here are some of the most common things families ask us when considering enrolment or starting at the centre.

How early should I enrol my child?

Spaces can fill up quickly, especially in our younger age groups, so we recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred start date.

What age groups do you enrol?

We enrol children from birth to school age.

What’s included in the fees?

Our fees cover sunscreen, learning resources, and participation in our  daily programme. You just need to provide nappies and wipes.

What do I need to bring each day?

We ask that you pack a change of clothes, a named drink bottle, any comfort items your child may need, and weather-appropriate clothing, nappies and wipes.

How big are your group sizes?

We maintain small, supportive class groups to ensure each child receives plenty of individual attention and guidance throughout the day.

What are your teacher-to-child ratios?

We exceed Ministry of Education guidelines. Our ratios vary by age group to ensure safe, high-quality care tailored to each stage of development.

Can my child bring religious or cultural food from home?

We provide nutritious meals prepared on-site and are happy to cater for allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences such as vegetarian or vegan.

Do you celebrate festivals?

Yes! From Diwali to Matariki, Eid to Christmas, we welcome cultural celebrations and invite families to join in.

What happens if my child is unwell?

If your child is sick or shows symptoms of illness, we ask that they stay home until they’re well enough to return.

Do you offer care during school holidays?

Yes, we are open year-round except for public holidays and a short summer break.

Do you close during the holidays?

We’re open year-round, except for public holidays and a short break over the Christmas/New Year period.

Do children go outside in all weather?

Yes! We value outdoor play and encourage tamariki to explore nature in all seasons. With the right clothing, we make the most of fresh air and movement.

Who is allowed to pick up my child?

Only those you’ve authorised on your enrolment form can collect your child. If someone different is picking them up, please let us know in advance.
